During your private consultation Dr. Ostrander will discuss your condition and provide an overview of possible treatment options. When Dr. Ostrander has confirmed that he can help your condition and you have agreed to become a patient, he will perform a comprehensive examination and order x-rays if necessary. Following this complete evaluation Dr. Ostrander will usually perform your first adjustment and may provide instructions for home exercises and lifestyle changes that will help reduce your discomfort and assist a speedy recovery.
